Coos Art Museum maintains a volunteer group of about 80 individuals

• Front desk volunteers welcome visitors, share information, track attendance, help with sales and much more
• Collections volunteers work with the Curator of the Permanent Collections in collection maintenance and research
• Exhibitions volunteers work with staff in mounting exhibitions, art handling and shipping
• Events volunteers are ambassadors who support museum staff during events and in a variety of roles
